2013 NATIONAL & LOCAL ELECTIONS

Pursuant to Section 2 of Republic Act No. 7166, the next National and Local Elections is scheduled to be held on the second monday of May 2013, which falls on May 13th. Pursuant further to Republic Act No. 10153, said elections will also be held simultaneously with the elections for the regional officials of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). The COMELEC is now making preparations for an automated elections process pursuant to Republic Act No. 9369.
